The starting point is to get a blog. There
many platforms where you can own a blog. But the simplest and the recommended one
by me is BLOGGER . This gives the opportunity to open and edit the blog easily
and you may find very convenient to use.
OK. Let me quickly go through how you can open
a blog. Go to www.blogger.com. if you already have a gmail account, Sign up with the account. However, if you don't or you would like to use newly
different account. Sign up with gmail and then go the blogger and sign up with
that account just created with the gmail.
Let me quickly remind you that Google owns,
Gmail, Blogger, YouTube, Google+, and many other google products and tools you
use like Google analytic, WebMaster tools and several others like Piccassa for
storing your picture, and Google drive.
Let me say this... Your passion is most
important and is a priority.
Your niche (I mean your area of concentration
for your blog should be your passion) should be definite . Should be what you
don't easily get bored on. It might even be what you are most talented on.
Besides, it may be products you want to sell out like your skills or merchandise.
Like me I do research. I work on Projects, Academic Journal, Thesis Analysis.
So my niche may be built on this.
One more important thing is that after you
have opened your blog. You keep updating it. Telling people what you do. Like
me, taking the research I do for instance, I may have to be updating on new
research techniques, the past work I have done, different and new ways of doing analysis.
For this you would drive traffic into your
blogs and also get people familiar with what you do.
Since this brief is taking you on how to generate money using Google AdSense, I will tilt towards the advantage of
increasing your traffic to generate passive income from Google.
The
advantage getting people to know what you do may accrue to those who may have
chosen to sell out their skills and service . But you may not have any skills
to do bix online. That is what this coaching is based.
Traffic is important and paramount on this
bix. What I mean by traffic is the people entering your sites or blog each
moment. If you have considerably low
traffic , you get low income.
Let me chip this, It is not your traffic that
generates dollars but has trickle-down effect on the earnings each day.
Traffic
has made some people and has marred some too.
Let me give you brief about how traffic works
for whoever has AdSense on his website.
If I have 50,000 people entering my blog each
day. This is pragmatic and possible. And I get 25,000 clicking my Google adverts on the site. Though each
"publisher" pays $0.05 (5
cent) per clicks. It means your earning
per day is 0.05*25000
= $1250 per day
For a month = 1250*30
=$37,500 per month
With
the present exchange rate quagmire $1/320
=37500*320
=120, 000, 000 per month
Mind you this is hypothetical earnings per
month.
This example is pragmatic and feasible. I am not flattering. Though I am not getting the amount too that is why I
displayed my personal account to you up there.
Many internet gurus are living on such dollars
per month. I know by His grace I will get there
If others can, I can do better.
Let me come back. After you open your
blog/blogs and are running. Then you boldly walk up to Google that you wish to
advertise for them.

Before
they accept you there are terms and conditions.
1. Your
blog must have a considerably number of contents (Just make sure immediately
your blog on and running you start
posting on it.)
2. You must
abide with their terms and condition (always endeavour to read it up) Go to my

3. After
you have been accepted, don't click on the adverts or prompt people you know to
do so. Clicks on the advert should be a random. If you disobey, Google has way
of tracking that and you would get disqualified.
After you
register with the AdSense.You would be prompted with message to check back few
days after. Pending, the Google experts pop into your site/blog to check what you do and if you comply with their
terms, keep posting on the pages of site/blog.
After one or two days, you can check your
AdSense account by logging in (google.com/adSense). If they have accepted and approved your
application, you will see your account read your earnings in the dashboard of
the account. If not, Google informs your application is not accepted and enjoin
you to work on your blog or site.
Let me reiterate. This bix is not quick money
scheme. As you lay your bed, you sleep on it. But bet it if you do your home
work very well, in the long-run, Google becomes your overnight father-Christmas.
Let me recount my personal testimony. I get registered
2014, but I never took my blog serious. And didn't even bother to work on
traffic to my site. Early this year I affiliated my account with one of my boss
who may be on this platform too. His site (www.jambcbttest.com) which provides
timely information to the jambites. The site was having roughly more than
20,000 traffic per day. Since Google has ways of monitoring your accounts, we
decided to place my adverts in one of the pages, not the main page. In a nut
shell, within two months when the traffic was high ( about 6k traffic) into
where my ads was placed on the site. I generated about $210 close to #62000. My
boss whose account got registered within that period and his Ads on the main page generated about $600 (Close to
#200000) within a month.
But let me say this. The traffic was seasonal
so we expected the post jamb to give us the same hit since there was change in Jamb policies, this
distorted the traffic, subsequently the earnings nonetheless, we have been
working on couple of things to resuscitate the traffic and
even to make it round the year traffic.

To advertise on Google Adsense, you must have a blog?

Yea... At least a blog
Question: How can someone build one own blog and what will it entails before
Google can accept it.
Answer: To build a blog with Google. You must have a
gmail account. Then proceed to www.blogger.com and follow the instructions. For
Google to accept you to advertise for them,
you must have a blog at least, you must have content on it also. If they reject, keep
working on your blog by posting on it. Then keep applying until your account is approved. It is not a
crime when they don't accept and keep applying.
Question: Hello Tomiwa, Pls when I create my blog, how
do I generat traffic towards my blog?
Answer: Heavy traffic seems to be one of the major
instruments for a success on this field. You can generate traffic through:
1. Using your social networks to
advertise your site. Leading people to your site through your social networks (
Facebook, Twitter, What app, etc)
2. You can
link your blog to your social network so that anytime you post on your blog, it
gets to your social network automatically. dlvr.com can handle this for you
3. Opening Facebook page and linking it
to your blog
4. You can
also join referrer group online, by promoting other people's site, your site is
also promoted. Installing Google analytic and Webmaster Tools on your.., this allows your site come up on search
engine when users of Google search for your site related contents.

also buy traffic from Google (Called Google Adword, from Facebook, from people
with huge followers on social network (twitter))
7. If you have huge followers on Twitter . It is an added advantage
8. You can also seek for help of campaigners...
Most of them still use social network to
campaign your site.
But I
must say, there is nothing like building
your traffic with your contents. If at all you will buy traffic, may be for a
start, you buy some tools from internet gurus, which is just one time.
